What Lights Me Up (Besides Coaching!)
I’m a proud mom to an endlessly curious young adult who keeps me learning, laughing, and growing in ways I never expected. My happy place? Definitely the kitchen — there’s nothing I love more than cooking for friends and family, usually with my furry sidekick Dost waiting for a taste test.
Yoga grounds me. Road biking energizes me (a love that started when I was little and leveled up once I moved to the U.S.). And when it’s time to unwind? Bring on the mysteries! I’m a total sucker for crime dramas, mystery or anything with a little Dan Brown–style symbolism. Think CSI meets Indiana Jones — I’m all in!
Coaching is one of the clearest expressions of my purpose — but I’m made of many layers beyond that.
